- 1 Tea Bag of Roots and Crops Herbal Chai Tea
- 1 Cup of Heated Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon of India Celery Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon of Honey or Desired Sweetener (if needed)
- Lots of Love
*All recipes are measured for 1 cup of tea. Add an additional tea bag for every 8 ounces of water. Increase your ingredient amount as desired
Step 1: Heat 1 cup of water to 170 – 180 Degrees F
Step 2: Place 1 Teaspoon (or filled teabag) of your Herbal Chai Tea in your tea strainer
Step 3: Place 1/2 Teaspoon of your India Celery Seeds in your tea strainer (Shake to mix in with Herbal Chai)
Step 4: Pour your heated water over your Herbal Chai Tea and let it steep for 3 minutes (or desired time length)
Step 5: Pour your steeped tea in your mug
Step 6: Add Honey or your sweetener (if desired)
