Tea and Coffee are 2 of the most consumed beverages in the world. Many tea drinkers will stand by tea and only tea, while coffee drinkers will do the same for coffee. Each drink has similar benefits; however, they also have a few distinct benefits just for them. Let us share some of the potential benefits of each so that you can decide if you’re just a tea person, a coffee person, or you enjoy both equally.
